Krakatau-Video

Krakatau explodiert
Am Nachmittag des 17. Oktober kam es im Anak Krakatau zu einer besonders heftigen Explosion, die einen Teil des südlichen Kraterrandes wegsprengte. Ein ähnliches Ereignis könnte der letzte Auslöser für den katastrophalen Erdrutsch gewesen sein, der den Kegel einstürzen ließ und am 22. Dezember 2018 einen verheerenden Tsunami auslöste.
